My goal is to create an environment that is non-judgmental, feels safe, and allows you to explore your life story, process your experiences, emotions, and better manage life’s stressors. You are the expert of your life and I am here to help steer you in the direction in which you want to go. I often use Cognitive Behavior Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy in more work with clients, all of which are evidence based.
