Introduction

Brene Brown says, "Courage starts with showing up and letting ourselves be seen". I hope is that my office will be a safe place to let yourself be seen and a moment where you feel safe to choose courage. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor and I received my Masters degree in Counseling from Dallas Baptist University in 2006. I strive to offer a warm, down-to-earth environment where clients feel safe being authentic and vulnerable. I am a member of the Texas Counseling Association and EMDRIA, and specialize in working with couples and adult individuals. I am LGBTQI affirming and am familiar with working with the military and medical community, also. I meet with clients Tuesdays-Fridays and have biweekly Saturday availability for established clients. I prefer jeans and converse. I love my family and am surrounded by lots of testosterone with four male animals, a musician husband, and a pre-teen, baseball-playing son. To compensate for this, I also makes time to enjoy estrogen-filled TV (ie: 90 Day Fiance), visiting my baby nieces in DFW, and brunch with girlfriends.
