I am a Provisional Licensed Professional Counselor. I work with many clients who are seeking freedom from certain behaviors or beliefs about themselves or who are experiencing difficulty in relationships. I believe that our behavior is purposeful and that in order to heal that we must engage with our story in a compassionate and curious way with the help of others. My goal as a counselor is to help you better understand your story and how it impacts the difficulties you now experience. I use a variety of techniques and modalities to help you reach your goals.
