Marriage and Family Therapist Associate Empowered Fulfillment Therapy
Specialties: Sex Therapy, Anxiety, Open Relationships/Polyamory, Relationship Issues, LGBTQIA+,

Introduction

Hi, I’m Taylor! I know finding a therapist who is a good fit can be a vulnerable and challenging process, so I appreciate your energy and time in checking me out as an option. I offer virtual sex therapy, relationship therapy and individual therapy services to Oregon residents. I support folks with individual concerns such as anxiety, shame, & perfectionism; couples concerns such as communication issues, conscious uncoupling, and infidelity recovery; and sexual concerns such as performance anxiety, sexual shame, and desire discrepancy. I find that people who are willing to try to be vulnerable (even if it’s still really hard or you don’t really know how to yet!), appreciate deep diving, and are ready to engage consistently with therapy are the best fit for my approach.
