It is my joy to assist others in cultivating an authentic existence. You are not broken, you are fearlessly evolving. Lets deepen your relationship with you - so that the magnificence of who you are is never dimmed again. As a therapist I champion empathy and unconditional positive regard above all else. I believe that effective counseling addresses the body, mind, and spirit, and that authentic connection is at the heart of therapy.
