Introduction

You’re not broken. You’re overwhelmed—and for good reason. Maybe it feels like everyone else got the manual for being a person, and you’re stuck second-guessing every thought, feeling, or text you send. Whether it’s anxiety that won’t let up, exhaustion that makes everything feel harder, or the weight of past experiences that still echo in your nervous system… I’m here to help. I work with adults—especially folks in the LGBTQ+ community—who are tired of pretending they’re fine and ready to feel actually supported. My clients are often deep feelers, overthinkers, and self-reflective humans who’ve tried to “figure it out” on their own for too long. They’re not looking for a magic fix—but they are looking for practical tools, genuine connection, and a therapist who gets it. Therapy with me is collaborative, validating, and nervous-system aware. We won’t rush your healing or dig deep before you’re ready. Instead, we’ll move at a pace that feels safe—using strategies like HeartMath to build resilience and balance, and written exposure therapy to gently work through what’s been too heavy to carry alone. If you’re looking for real support that blends science, softness, and just a little humor—you’re in the right place. Curious about nervous system support that doesn’t require talking it all out? I also offer the Safe and Sound Protocol (SSP), a research-backed listening therapy designed to help calm the body and support emotional regulation. It works by gently tuning the nervous system through specially filtered music—no storytelling or reliving the past required. Many clients find it helpful for anxiety, sleep struggles, chronic stress, and feeling more at home in their body. We can talk about whether it’s a good fit for you during our consultation. You deserve care that honors your whole self. Let’s start with a free 15-minute consultation and see if we’re a good fit.
