Introduction

My name is Taylor Eron (she/her) and I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker Associate (P017673) practicing in North Carolina. I offer telehealth therapy services for individuals (18+) wanting to address issues within their romantic or interpersonal relationships, explore their past selves in order to better understand and feel connected with who they are and want to be, manage anxiety better in their day-to-day lives, and feel supported during major transitions in their life. Issues I find myself typically working with are related to intimacy, anxiety, depression, emotion regulation, conflict, attachment, life transitions, stress, and self-esteem. I am LGBTQ+ affirming, committed to anti-racist work, and approach all of my clients with empathy, understanding, and compassion. My therapeutic approach is client-centered, strengths-based, evidence-based, and customized to each client’s needs. I utilize an array of evidence-based treatment models including Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), Interpersonal Therapy (IPT), mindfulness, and somatic approaches. The therapeutic process includes developing a strong and collaborative therapeutic relationship between the client and therapist. I understand the importance of creating a welcoming and non-judgmental therapeutic space for my clients to hold and process their experiences and emotions, and to work toward their goals. As the client, you are the expert of you and your experiences. It is my responsibility as a therapist to work to understand my clients’ lived experiences to best support them in therapy sessions. I want to meet you where you are!
