Everyone deserves a safe space to express themselves. You are the expert on your own story, and I am here to support you through your experiences with skills, compassion, and specified training to help guide you through your journey. Therapy is a space of healing, patience, and freedom to talk about your emotions and traumas as well as your hopes, confidence, and growing compassion for yourself. I use evidence-based practices that allow the body to use its own resources such as EMDR and somatic approaches. When I have the opportunity to be outside, I have loved to facilitate equine therapy groups in the past for my clients as well. I have experience working with military, first responders, and their families for the past 3 and half years; being a military spouse myself I want to give partners a space to process their experiences as well as those who serve to process their hardships. I have also worked with resources to build safe spaces and legal advocacy for human trafficking survivors. Outside of this passion, I love spending time by the beach with my husband and our 2 rescues, at the barn, or making travel plans for the next adventure. I want to honor where you are in life and give you a space to remember how truly capable you are. You deserve to give yourself the same compassion you give to others! It’s time to put yourself first.
