My heartfelt desire is to help you feel deeply heard and seen in our work together. My hope is that you gain more insight and awareness into yourself as well as steps to move things forward when you feel stuck in life. We will explore how emotions and experiences are expressed in the mind, spirit, and body. Our work together will target the deeper levels of purpose and meaning, reaching your definition of inner growth and the day-to-day struggles that come up in life. I don’t come to the therapy space with the intention of “fixing” you or life stressors; rather, I strive to work alongside you collaboratively to help you intuitively work through the human experience. Special areas of focus include integrative wellness, grief and bereavement (including pet loss), purpose and meaning, women’s issues, spirituality and religion, and death and dying.
