Tatiana offers an integrative approach to therapy by bringing awareness to the relationship between your mind and your body. Through a range of evidence-based techniques, Tatiana's goal is to provide a space that is collaborative, supportive, and sex-positive. She works with a variety of clientele who may be experiencing any combination of issues related to sexual difficulties, substance abuse, relationships, low self-esteem, depression and anxiety, and feeling stuck. Tatiana is a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT ID: 338205) and offers yoga classes in office. Her teaching style is rooted in trauma-informed methodology, offering students a language of inquiry, choices, and modifications. She creates a safe space for you to ‘tune in’ and learn emotional regulation tools to use both on and off your mat. Tatiana aims to infuse her approach to mental health with her interests in holistic wellness, yoga, and mindfulness. Tatiana is a Registered Mental Health Counseling Intern (RMHCI) with a Master's degree in Rehabilitation and Mental Health Counseling from the University of South Florida. She researched female sexual desire by interviewing practicing sex therapists across the country to collect data for her approved research study - 'Qualitative Examination of Sex Therapists' Perspectives Regarding Women with Low Sexual Desire ' (STUDY002135). Previously, she researched ‘The Mediterranean Diet and its Influence on Mental Well-Being' (IRB#201802343) to explore the link between diet and depression. Tatiana received a Bachelor of Science in Family Youth and Community Sciences, with a Certificate in Family Life Education and a Minor in International Studies, from the University of Florida. She aims to approach mental health through an evidence-based, sex-positive, and psychosomatic lens.
