Tatiana will help you find a holistic approach to your mental health. She works with a variety of clientele who may be experiencing any combination of issues related to substance abuse, low self-esteem, depression, sexual difficulties, feeling stuck, anxiety, and/or tension. Tatiana is passionate about attending to the mind, body, and spirit. For that reason, she made the decision to become a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT ID: 338205). Tatiana aims to infuse her approach to mental health with her interests in holistic wellness, yoga, and mindfulness. Tatiana offers a collaborative and transparent approach to counseling. She will work WITH you to find a sustainable solution to whatever challenges you are facing. Tatiana is earning a Master’s Degree in Rehabilitation and Mental Health Counseling and will specialize in Sex Therapy. She is currently conducting a study at the University of South Florida researching the conceptualization of female sexual desire disorder among clinicians (IRB ID: STUDY002135). She received a Bachelor of Science in Family Youth and Community Sciences, with a Certificate in Family Life Education and a Minor in International Studies, from the University of Florida. Tatiana completed an undergraduate independent study titled ‘The Mediterranean Diet and its Influence on Mental Well-Being', exploring the intersection of diet and depression, while at the University of Florida (IRB#201802343).
