Introduction

I’m a licensed professional clinical counselor in San Jose, CA. I’m passionate about creating a resting place for spiritual souls that have experienced church hurt, spiritual trauma and those that are struggling with sexual addictions, helping them see how beautiful they are in the midst of uncertainty and change. When it feels like your life seems to be unraveling and entering unchartered territory, where once the sources of connection and safety no longer feel like a place of belonging, that can feel extremely scary. Without a safe place to process and heal from these wounds, this sense of unsettling won’t just magically disappear even if you leave that triggering environment. You may find yourself in cycles of shame, confusion, and feeling alone. You may be left with more questions than answers. I want you to know that you can experience freedom and leave behind shame and connect to yourself in a more authentic way. You’re not alone, and you’re not too late. Connecting with a fellow human that empathetically is curious about your story and doesn’t judge you, we can gradually unravel the beautiful and messy parts of your story. My hope is that this can be a resting place where we can wrestle, explore, and heal together.
