Hello! Thank you for visiting the Truth Heals Counseling, PLLC website! I am Tasia Hawkins, owner and therapist at Truth Heals Counseling, PLLC. I am a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor in the state of North Carolina. I earned a Master's in Counseling from North Carolina State University, and I have served as a mental health therapist for the past three years. I love working with adults and couples. I work with adults on issues such as identity; anxiety and stress management; depression; coping skills; emotion regulation; self-esteem; and improving relationships. I work with couples on managing conflict and increasing friendship & intimacy. I have completed Level 1 Training in Gottman Method Couples Therapy, and I use Gottman Method Couples Therapy in my work.
