Introduction

Are you going through a life transition? Are you struggling with creating or maintaining healthy relationships? Are you ruminating on negative thoughts or situations? Do you struggle with self-compassion? Are you dealing with transgenerational trauma? If you answered yes, I could assist you. Sometimes life events, our environment, or trauma can impact our mental health. I am dedicated to healing clients who have been through traumatic or stressful events. I am a licensed social worker who enjoys working with adolescents, children, and adults. My goal is to assist others in developing a healthy sense of self and strengthening their relationships. My therapy process begins with a strength-based approach utilizing evidence-based practices (CBT/mindfulness) to help mitigate the distress you are experiencing. Incorporating family systems theory and attachment theory can assist in our collaboration. My therapeutic style creates an empathetic non-judgmental space where I encourage individuals to open up and be themselves. I specialize in providing culturally competent therapy to clients needing assistance reaching optimal wellness.
