Is life overwhelming at times? I know it can be hard dealing with constant overthinking and uncertainty. Are you looking for solutions? Do you feel like nobody understands you or wants to listen? Or maybe you have a hard time dealing with your emotions? Your first step is to THINK about what you want and need. Second step is to TALK about your issues and concerns. Third step is to RELEASE what you need to allow yourself to be in a different space. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor, graduated from Henderson State University with a Bachelors of Science in Therapeutic Recreation and a Master’s in Counseling from the University of Arkansas Little Rock. I am eager to help others and have a passion to be able to offer a solution to anyone that desires to receive counseling. I have 13 years of experience in working with all kinds of issues and concerns. I have worked extensively with children and their parents dealing with disruptive behaviors and family conflict. I work specifically with ages 8 years and up currently via telehealth. I see adolescents and adults as well. I have a focus on trauma, anxiety, depression, relational conflict, life transition, stress, work conflict, low self-esteem, and school stressors. I provide a safe space to allow one to address any issues or concerns they may be having in their life. When you are ready to start on your journey, I will be by your side as you work toward achieving goals.
