At Dynamic Uplift, we are dedicated to creating transformational experiences where you can show up as your whole self and leave as your best self. We believe that "best" means something different to everyone however, it does NOT mean perfect. Instead, we walk with you as you walk towards the authentic version of yourself that you want to be! As the CEO and Principal Clinician, I work with clients with varying concerns; depression, anxiety, sadness, high stress, trauma, and the list goes on. For some they've been struggling for a long time, for others these struggles are new, and for others they don't know when IT started but they just know right now they aren't their best. Taking a trauma-informed and resilience-building approach, we work with the body and mind to transform hurt to healing. Therapy is a brave choice and just making it this far is an accomplishment.
