Introduction

If you're looking for help with ADHD, Autism, Highly Sensitive Person (HSP), or any kind of neurodiversity, I can help! Being AuDHD myself, I know these topics can be very confusing and there can be a lot of misinformation out in the world about what these diagnoses are and how to help them. In addition, neurodiversity can be accompanied by many other mental health challenges such as depression, anxiety, OCD, tic disorders, really reactive emotions, melt downs, and shame. The good news is that there is a lot of really helpful information that has been well researched and you can get effective and meaningful support. I take education and psychodynamic therapy and combine them to effectively and creatively help neurodiverse people. I also deeply value non-judgment and person centered therapy and use this to help you find their own solutions to your challenges as you are the best expert of your life. Trying to find a therapist can be really hard. Let's cut the crap and dive into how we can help you feel better and more at peace! Life is confusing as shit, but I can promise that while there aren't answers to everything, there are answers to a lot of things. We have access to so much more information than ever before. Let's make the most of it and thrive!
