Introduction

I am a Queer and Neurodivergent Therapist, Facilitator, Somatic Dance Instructor, and trauma-informed EMDR trained clinician with an expressive arts focus. I enjoy working with folks from a holistic psychotherapy lens specializing in LGBTQ+ services. With an undergraduate degree in theatrical performance & gender studies, I bring creativity and cultural awareness to my client work whilst maintaining my active anti-racism journey. As a trauma-informed facilitator, I create brave spaces for open conversations around identity, LGBTQ+ dynamics, open communication, polyamory, spiritual exploration, self-care, and embodiment. My request is that by working with me, you are ready to explore through a curious lens with yourself. I honor this work as a full collaboration. **Please note that all appointment requests require approval. Once you submit a request, our office manager will review it and reach out to you via email to gather any necessary additional documents and information. Once the required documents are signed and your insurance is verified, your therapist will reach out to confirm an appointment.
