Introduction

Are you wrestling with issues of life that are causing you to feel stressed or defeated? Have you been feeling like these issues have impacted how you view and conduct yourself in professional and personal relationships? How about the relationship you have with yourself? How about the relationships you have with your partner and/or your loved ones? How are they impacted? So many unanswered questions, and you don’t know where to begin the healing process. Well, here is where you start. Although the season you’re in seems bleak, take heart in the hope that seasons change. As a licensed marriage and family therapist, I work with diverse individuals, couples, and families presenting with a range of concerns. I have experience working with individuals and families with mental health and substance abuse disorders, as well as emotional problems like anxiety, depression, trauma, and everyday stressors. I specialize in pre-marital counseling, couple and familial counseling, domestic violence counseling, batterer’s accountability, separation and divorce, and co-parenting. I practice a strength-based approach incorporating systemic modalities, infused with a faith-based perspective. I believe that you are the expert of your own life, and I function as a guide providing support, insight, and useful tools on our journey toward desired change.
