Introduction

Hello! My name is Tarah. I'm a registered art therapist with specialized training in healing trauma. I help women heal the root causes of their symptoms, not just "cope" with them. Most therapy focuses on coping with symptoms. But honestly, who wants to use "coping strategies" all the time? Wouldn't it be nice if the symptoms didn't show up at all? Or at the very least, if they minimally impacted your life? Guess what? That's actually possible! I help my clients uncover the main causes of why they feel anxious, depressed, burned out, disconnected, and stressed. Then we work to HEAL those root causes, not just put a bandaid on it. As my clients heal, they've reported feeling "empowered, strong, confident, happy, at peace, calm, and in control" of themselves and their life. I offer incredibly effective, evidence based treatment. To be honest, my methods aren't a good fit for everyone. My clients must have an open mind and willingness to change and engage in hard work. It's well worth the effort though! I often have a waitlist, but reach out and we can discuss if we'd be a good fit for one another. I can't wait to hear from you :)
