I enjoy working with adults (18+ only) in an individual setting. My approach is a person-centered, strengths based approach that emphasizes a partnership between the client and therapist. Depending on the needs of each individual, I draw from cognitive behavior therapy, dialectical behavior therapy, motivational interviewing, solution-focused therapy, and problem solving therapy and Lifespan integration. For my clients that are finding themselves stuck, want something different from traditional talk therapy, want to heal from trauma, or attachment deficits, I highly encourage them to utilize Lifespan Integration with me to allow their mind & body to heal itself.
