Hi and welcome! My name is Tara and I am a licensed psychotherapist in the sunny State of Florida. I've been a therapist now for 5 years and truly love what I do; getting to help people find light, life, and love where darkness, fear, shame, and despair have been. Specifically, I do this by co-creating a safe, secure relationship where you can explore the places where you feel stuck, and use my expertise to guide you in exploring, transforming, and healing the broken places. I specialize in working with couples who struggle with communication and connection, with infidelity and other unwanted sexual behaviors, and with libido differences. In working with individuals, I specialize in working with clients affected by depression, anxiety, trauma, unwanted sexual behaviors, and spiritual abuse.
