I will meet you right where you are, in the middle of your mess, without judgment. I specialize in the treatment of anxiety, grief and loss, and trauma. I have 8 years of experience in helping children, families, and couples repair their relationships, heal from emotional, physical, and sexual abuse, and overcome many other challenges and unforeseen circumstances. Do you want to experience life more fully? It can be difficult to know how to cope with the what you are experiencing or how to even begin the healing process. I would be honored to walk alongside you on your journey. It’s time to become the confident, courageous person you were meant to be.
