Introduction

I was called to counseling later in life and bring with me a wealth of personal experiences I draw upon to connect with individuals from different backgrounds and circumstances. My background is varied from nasdaq sales trader to board of education member and mom. I believe each individual's story is unique, and my curious, warm, empathic approach allows for a safe non-judgmental space to explore and heal. The key to a successful therapeutic relationship is a strong rapport. Once a strong rapport has been built based on trust, open communication, compassion, empathy and sometimes a bit of humor, then we are able to begin the process of healing. I work from a values driven lens where we will work collaboratively in discovering your authentic self, establishing goals and creating change both cognitive and behavioral. We continue to revisit your values throughout the process to check in that changes, goals and decisions are bringing you closer to your values and purpose.
