Introduction

I am a licensed clinical social worker (LCSW). I'm from Central Illinois and I completed both my bachelor's and master's degrees at the University of Illinois. Prior to opening my own practice, I worked in a local community mental health setting. In my free time, I enjoy being outdoors, traveling, and spending time with my family. My office is a safe, comfortable environment where you can heal from your past, gain skills to better navigate your present and future, and process life's stressors. If you're looking for a therapist who is relatable, who will believes laughter is healing, and who will work with you to find an approach that meets your needs, please reach out.
