My name is Tara Bianchi, LICSW, and as a lifelong Seacoast resident, I've always been passionate about helping others. Inspired by films at a young age, like Fried Green Tomatoes, I've developed a deep empathy for those who have experienced toxic relationships. My own personal journey has further fueled my passion to empower women and children to break free from harmful situations and regain their sense of self. My career in mental health began after earning my Bachelor's degree in Sociology from Suffolk University in 2005. I gained valuable experience working at a family resource center in Dover, NH, where I provided significant support to families and individuals in need in a home setting. In 2018, I completed my Master's in Social Work from the University of New England (UNE). During my graduate studies, I interned at a local private practice specializing in CBT, gaining valuable clinical experience. Subsequently, I worked at Riverbend Community Mental Health Center for five years, providing therapy and case management to individuals, families, and children. I'm excited to bring my expertise and passion to my private practice, offering compassionate and effective therapy to help you navigate life's challenges. I believe in a collaborative approach, where you're empowered to take charge of your healing journey. Together, we can work to uncover the root causes of your struggles and develop effective strategies for healing and growth.
