Introduction

I've been working in the field of mental health since 2013 and have since committed my work to helping college students dealing with anxiety and depression and women who are carving out their paths in the workforce and increasing their professional development. Treatment is focused on developing and strengthening problem solving skills in the individual. I believe each client is an expert in their own life, and take an approach which strengths individual self-confidence.
