Hello, My name is Tanya Navarro and I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with Northeast Counseling Center. My goal with clients is to help them get through challenging times such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship issues, or life transitions. At the same time, I empower clients with person centered approaches. I am dedicated to providing a relationship that is collaborative. My experiences of therapeutic approaches include strength based perspective, CBT, and motivational interviewing. I also provide bilingual services.
