HI! I’m Tanya! I don’t think I’d survive without a detailed plan, spreadsheets, and coordinated calendars with fun colors. I am odd, quirky and things don’t match. I have a sassy and rambunctious dog who is not well trained. He’s himself. I’m pretty proud of that. I’ve learned to relax and rest. Despite needing a plan, I don’t always have my shit together, but I find my way back with self-love and compassion. I’m an introvert who learned early on how not to take up space and then, through my own therapy and self work, relearned how to embrace coming out of my shell and taking up space. I work with women who have quieted themselves to make others happy and comfortable. They’re trying to learn self-expression and care a bit less about what others think of them. Having my own experience with feeling like I have no voice or worth, I know the value of stepping fully into who you are. If you suspect there’s a big personality with a lot to say somewhere underneath all the good behavior but are afraid you’ll go fully obnoxious, you’re my people.
