Congratulations! It takes courage and vulnerability to recognize that you might need some help in making changes in your life. I whole-heartedly believe in the power of the therapeutic relationship to help you on your journey of self-reflection, growth, and healing. Together, we will explore your life challenges and develop personal goals to help you achieve your optimal, authentic self. I have experience working with teenagers through adults who have struggled with anxiety, depression, self-esteem, life transitions, relationship distress, past traumas, and difficulties navigating life as a highly sensitive person. In a safe, empowering, and supportive space, I embrace a holistic approach focusing on self-talk, behaviors, sleep, nutrition, physical activity, and communication. I promote trust, mutual respect, and encourage positive changes in order to achieve mindfulness, balance, and wellness in your life. It's important for you to feel comfortable in counseling as finding the right therapeutic relationship fosters your inner healing. Everybody has valid problems, but everybody also has inner strengths. It would be my privilege to hear your story and help you recognize the power and resilience within you in order to journey forward in your life.
