I’m Tanya Diaz, a licensed clinical psychologist, first-generation bilingual Latina, mother, and the founder of my full-time private practice. I’m passionate about providing culturally responsive, evidence-based therapy to adults and adolescents, with a special focus on those experiencing anxiety or recovering from trauma. My approach is trauma-informed and grounded in compassion. I truly believe that we all have an inner strength—even if it doesn’t always feel accessible—and I see my role as helping you reconnect with that part of yourself. Therapy with me is about creating a safe, supportive space where you can feel heard, valued, and empowered. Through a blend of education, practical tools, and encouragement, I help clients learn how to care for themselves in more intentional and meaningful ways. Whether you’re just beginning your therapy journey or looking for a deeper level of support, I’m here to support you.
