Introduction

I have worked with professionals to assist them with their behavioral health for over 15 years, whether it be counseling for issues interfering with their workplace performance, family or relationship issues, or a mental health diagnosis. Since 2017, I have used telehealth to help me meet the clinical needs of clients throughout the State of Maryland, in March of 2020 I began servicing all clients using telehealth, and in 2022 I began working with clients who work or reside in the State of Virginia. I appreciate you choosing me to accompany you on this journey of exploration, awareness or diagnosis and treatment that can lead to change. I employ my knowledge of trauma, racism and oppression, brain development and processing to assist you as you navigate the problems, stresses and trauma in your life. I use trauma-informed interventions to help you develop resources and increase your resilience. I recognize that you are the expert of you. We will work in tandem to identify ways to help you monitor, respond and mitigate stressful situations in your relationships, work and in your daily life. As an integrational therapist I employ tactics like breathwork, grounding, guided imagery and meditation to calm bodily responses to stress. Thank you again for considering me to walk with you through this journey.
