I have been a therapist for the past seven years and have worked with a variety of mental health diagnosis’,and mental health symptoms, trauma, multiple life transitions, relationship stressors, and diverse clients within the community and government sectors. I am a Person-Centered therapist, trained in Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) and The Flash Technique (trauma intervention), with a foundation of Humanistic Therapy and Solution-Focused Therapy.
