I am very passionate about helping individuals reach their full potential and become the best version of themselves. I personally understand the hardships that anxiety, depression, OCD, trauma & addiction can have on the everyday ability to function. I hope to help you alleviate those struggles to help you achieve the peace and fulfillment that you deserve. I use several different approaches including Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and client-centered approaches. My goal is to help provide relief and understanding from the burdens of everyday life, mental health, and trauma. I hope that if you are struggling in any way that you know that there is a light at the end of the tunnel.
