I am NYS Certified School Psychologist and a Postdoctoral Resident. I have experience conducting individual psychotherapy with adults, adolescents, children, and their families. I specialize in evidence-based treatments for individuals suffering from anxiety, depression, and trauma. My therapy is guided by the principles of cognitive behavior therapy (CBT) and psychodynamic therapy. I have experience conducting psychoeducational assessments, and providing individuals with information based on testing to help them better understand their learning profile and how it impacts them educationally, and in the workplace. My research focuses on understanding and addressing the unique challenges that people of color encounter in order to create a more inclusive and equitable society. I am motivated to help others develop a better understanding of themselves and their potential. I value warmth, passion, cultural awareness, and authenticity in my practice and I am dedicated to providing compassionate and effective therapy tailored to each individual's unique needs.
