Introduction

As a trauma-informed clinician, trained in EMDR. I believe that the root cause of many physical, mental, and emotional sufferings are symptoms that steam from past traumatic experiences. Root-based methods such as EMDR are effective in helping individuals achieve healing and provide long-lasting results. My approach is holistic where mind, body, and spirit are taken into account to help support the individual’s healing process. My goal is to create a safe and inviting environment to explore and achieve healing.
