Introduction

I am a compassionate, culturally competent, mindful licensed professional counselor who has 25 years of experience. I focus on providing individual counseling services across the adult lifespan that are client centered, developmental, holistic, strength based, and trauma informed. I utilize eclectic clinical approaches that include but are not limited to cognitive behavior therapy, motivational, and holistic. I work to empower my clients with help, hope, and healing as they learn to make positive life choice and changes unique to their individual needs. I am passionate about helping people in need. I look forward to hearing your life story as I work to empower you and help facilitate change and finding balance on your journey toward the life you desire. I enjoy spending time with my family and friends. I love traveling, and road trips to music festivals, art fairs, farmer's markets and finding new beautiful places and spaces to explore, I love immersing myself in nature which includes gardening, photography, hiking, camping, biking, kayaking, and sitting around a campfire enjoying the four seasons and the changes nature brings. I enjoy walking the lake shores and finding beach glass, old pottery, agates, and driftwood. Other hobbies I enjoy include everything creative - music, art, movies, journaling, and lazy, relaxing days spent cuddling my two cats while reading a great book.
