Introduction

I became a mental health clinician to help people heal. I am passionate about self-discovery and empowering people to find happiness from within. I have experience working with individuals, couples and families. I have worked in an agency settings and private practice settings which has given me the tools to provide therapy for a diverse range of clients. I strive to continue to learn to ensure that my clients are given the best therapy I can provide. Change is not always easy, and making that decision change is scary, but it is worth it.
