Introduction

I am an advanced practitioner with over 2 decades of extensive experience in therapeutic counseling with a specialty in trauma resolution and resilience. I hold a bachelors degree in Psychology with a minor in Gerontology and a Masters in Clinical Social Work. I practice an integrative therapy modality, meaning that I generally use a variety of approaches depending on what I think will most suit my client. In addition to trauma work, I also assist many clients in resolving and coping with depression, anxiety, grief and loss and other life issues. I have been trained in many modalities and use them all to build coherence in mental, emotional, and physical/somatic aspects of life. While facilitating goal setting, stress management, contemplative, and mindfulness practice I recognize individual needs in working through the struggles that are causing disrupt in life. The goal is to obtain harmony in life for fulfillment.
