I have compassion for others that are struggling with life problems and anxiety. Therapy includes learning coping skills, CBT, DBT, ACT, Habit Reversal training, Behavioral Therapy, ERP and other forms of treatment. Treatment for OCD involves decreasing obsessions and compulsions, and teaching coping skills to decrease anxiety while giving clients their lives back and giving them results to prove they can be in control of their lives without anxiety controlling them. I offer individual and family counseling for loved ones in the home that have anxiety. I use the most recent research-based approach and skills.
