Introduction

Counseling is a personal and safe process that deeply respects and honors each individual's unique circumstances. I am professionally trained in a variety of mental health topics, including depression, anxiety, OCD, abuse/trauma, domestic violence, self-harm, and life transitions. I have additional experience in the areas of ADHD, Autism Spectrum Disorder. I provide emotional support and life enhancement skills for individuals and families living with Autism and ADHD. I work with adolescents, college age young adults, adults, and families.
