As a licensed professional psychotherapist, certified hypnotherapist, practitioner of Healing Touch energy medicine, and a Reiki Master, I believe that life is rich with obstacles AND opportunities. In my practice, we offer dynamic, strengths-based individual, couples, family, and group hypnotherapy designed for trauma resolution, performance blocks and enhancement, grief resolution, and symptomatic anxiety. Therapeutic approaches include: Applied Pyscho-neurobiology, EFT, Energy Medicine, Ericksonian Hypnosis, Experiential Trauma Informed Polyvagal Work, Internal family systems, Exposure Therapy, Holotropic Breathwork, Mindfulness, Neurolinguistic Programing, Parts Work, Somatic Imaging.
