I am the owner of Mind Elevation Keys for Overcomers, MEKO, LLC, a counseling firm that specializes in helping individuals, couples and families overcome the impact of abuse, chemical addiction, domestic violence, mental illness and trauma one person at a time. MEKO,LLC provides multiple options for seamless access. I provide tele-mental health services via video conferencing, instant messaging, email and telephone appointments. Evening and Weekend appointments are available, including holidays. I have over 20 years of service within: abuse, behavioral, correctional, domestic violence, grief and loss, suicide loss and trauma settings. I specialize in suicide prevention among combat Veterans, civilian molestation, and sexual assault survivors. Ultimately, I aspire to equip healing and recovering minds with tools and provide keys for overcomers to thrive! I am trained in different therapeutic approaches including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Trauma Informed Care, Rational Emotive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Person Centered Therapy, Narrative Therapy etc. I desire to “Lend a Hand Up” in order to help people overcome pain and trauma while restoring wholeness, wellness, self esteem, worth and self-efficacy within a judgement free zone.
