We live in a world that constantly tells women who they’re supposed to be, pushing expectations around family, career, and identity from every direction. And just when it feels like we’re starting to get a grip, political changes and systemic barriers throw even more uncertainty our way. These deeply personal experiences deserve to be met with choice, opportunity, autonomy, and support, but too often, they’re met with stigma, silence, and isolation. On the outside, it might look like you’ve got it all together with a stable career, a home, and relationships. But inside, there’s a heaviness that just won’t go away. You might feel stuck somewhere between grief and resentment, worn out from holding it all in, and unsure how to move forward when the world keeps asking for more. Trauma and loss don’t just live in your thoughts, they take up space in your body too. They show up as anxiety, numbness, fatigue, hypervigilance, or a feeling of being emotionally checked out. For Black women and other women of color, the layers of grief, survival, and resilience can feel even heavier. Whether it’s the emotional toll of making reproductive choices, the pressure of intergenerational expectations, the weight of systemic oppression, or just trying to be heard when it comes to your hormonal and gynecological health, these struggles don’t exist in isolation. If you’ve ever felt like the world just wasn’t built to hold space for your grief, your rage, or your uncertainty, I see you. I don’t believe in quick fixes or telling yourself to “just get over it.” Instead, I offer a space where you can actually breathe, take in what’s really going on, and reconnect with the parts of yourself that might have gotten lost in all the noise. My approach is grounded in compassion, collaboration, and liberation. We’ll work together to challenge harmful narratives, honor your emotions, and find your own path toward healing that's on your terms. I lean on Somatic Experiencing (SE), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) to support a holistic healing process that respects the connection between your mind, body, and spirit. My version of healing isn’t about “fixing” yourself as you’re already whole. It’s about reclaiming your truth at your own pace, with someone who truly sees and supports you. You don’t have to carry this alone. Whenever you’re ready, I’m here to walk with you.
