Introduction

Having earned my MSW, from right here in the great state of Michigan while attending Western Michigan University, I have now been a Licensed Clinical Therapist for nearly a decade. I have experience working with clients of all ages and sizes, from adults to children, and couples to groups. I have also helped many clients from different backgrounds. My experiences include topics such as: anxiety, stress, depression, anger management, ADHD, grief and loss, life crisis, marriage, adjustment disorders, LGBTQ+, health issues, parenting issues, bipolar, trauma, abuse, relationship issues, financial issues, spiritual concerns, and career challenges, just to name a few. With a client centered philosophy, I utilize my skills in strength based, cognitive-behavior, and solution focused therapies to help clients reach their therapeutic goals. My therapeutic style is warm, patient, interactive, empathetic and kind, all the while, motivating my clients to be humble, open, and transparent. I feel that I accomplish this by allowing every client the space to be heard, feel valued, and seen without judgement.
