I am a warm and inviting clinician and it is my goal that you feel comforted, validated, and understood throughout the therapeutic process. I am a national board certified counselor with a Certification in marriage and family therapy, and 14 years of experience in the behavioral health profession ranging from in home intensive therapeutic services for families, to facility based care for individuals. I hope to provide you with tools using mindfulness, cognitive-behavioral interventions, and solution-focused therapeutic approaches. My goal is to provide a warm, welcoming, and safe place to begin exploring. This means I will need to rely pretty heavily on your perspective. My approach is person centered and my experience in every setting thus far has taught me to lead with compassion and curiosity. I will seek to understand and assist you in connecting with resources and coping techniques that may give way to awareness and possibly provide relief in your daily experience.
