Asking for help is not easy. Coming to the place of needing help to move beyond where you are takes courage. When you decide to take that step, I will be there to walk with you through your journey of healing. I find it a privilege to work with children, teens, adults, and families to promote resilience. I use a variety of treatment approaches to work through life transitions, depression, anxiety, trauma, divorce, bullying, racial trauma. I believe that people can live through and grow from life’s most difficult challenges. It would be my honor to use my training in EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing) and other treatment approaches to process traumatic and scary experiences to move you forward. My 18 years’ experience in social services working with domestic violence, disability, homeless, mental health crisis, and foster care allows for better understanding of what you have been through and how to help. Therapy is available In-person and Tele-Health in CA.
