Introduction

I understand what it's like to feel defeated and unable to get out of bed to start the day. The stress of life (i.e. job loss, relationship challenges, parenting issues, depression, etc..) and past trauma can be unrelenting. I am passionate about helping people work through these and other issues which take hold and seem to bury your will to exist. I am here to provide a listening ear and to teach you the necessary tools to increase your ability to be the best version of yourself. I am successful at helping people unravel physical, mental and emotional layers to find the root causes of problems and develop strong coping skills for a wide range of scenarios. I'm an empathetic mental health professional who is accomplished in crisis intervention, treatment analysis and planning. Reaching out and asking for help can be difficult especially if you are used to people letting you down. I want to help you rewrite your story, one experience at a time. I look forward to meeting and working with you!
