I specialize in working with adults going through life stage transitions, specifically Millennial/Gen Z young professionals as well as older adults ages 65+. I help people with anxiety, depression, work stress, chronic illness, low self-esteem, and those struggling with developing healthy relationship boundaries and communication. I work with people who have been in therapy before as well as people who are trying therapy for the first time- both are wonderful and both are welcome! My style can be summarized as a gentle cheerleader. I work to create a therapy experience that includes warmth, encouragement, and moments of humor (who says therapy has to be serious or scary?) where you will never feel judged. I use different therapy styles and often incorporate tangible skills that you can start using right away. It is important to me that people work with someone they feel comfortable and connected with.
