Hi! I'm Tallia! I want you to know you are brave and you are worth it. You may be in the midst of a really hard season. Anxiety, grief, depression, loss, or trauma that feels like it goes everywhere you go. I'm here to help. I specialize in Trauma and EMDR, along with DBT, CBT, Mindfulness, and Person Centered Therapy. I would like to help because it was what I was made to do. Because I've gone through things myself that therapy has helped me overcome. I allow people to move at their pace and I believe that every person matters. Therapy can be scary, unknown, exciting, and everything in between. I am so grateful to have the opportunity to walk alongside individuals who are seeking to be the best version of themselves.
