I believe that we all need to be heard and that no one should be silenced. Not everyone has a safe place to voice their feelings and I believe having a safe place to process feelings is a must. Compassion for all is important and will help end the stigma of mental health in society. Trauma, childhood experiences, and/or life experiences as an adult can impact us but it does not define who we are or become! I believe changes can be made at any time if one is willing to work and seek help when needed. I was raised in a biracial family and believe that inclusion for all is very important.
